First Book Club Book!

Today we entered our first book club book into the catalog! Our first Cheetah Book Club participant is a 4th grader and her parents picked her book to honor her birthday! This is just one of the many reasons you can choose to donate a book!

The book was picked off of our Amazon Wish List which you can find here. This list is a great way to see what Ms. Beattie would like to have in our library and where we have gaps in our collection. Are you ready to find out what book they chose?

Here it is:

This is a beautiful book. It is tall and skinny and looks at one moment in time all around the world. This book is hardcover with nice thick pages to last. As you read through the book you are shown that while some people are awake, others are asleep.

Ms. Beattie loves that the places this book take you are not your ordinary place but places like Bulgaria and Abu Dhabi.
